Hello,

My wife and I are naturally born Filipinos, who became United States citizens. Our children were born in the US. My wife and I along with our eldest daughter(16) were able to re-acquire our dual-Filipino citizenship in 2009.
My question is for our son born 2013, we were told to report birth abroad? How and where do we do that here in the Philippines? We are now in the Philippines and we need PSA birth certificates for our children.
