Hello Good day i would like to request a new national ID
I lost my national ID lately and i dont know what`s the cause of that it`s either i lost or my wallet stolen but please i hope my request approval thank you in advance and have a blessed day!

Please note that you need to only register ONCE in the PhilSys; with the issuance of your PhilID, your PhilSys Number (PSN), which is your permanent unique identification number in the PhilSys registry has already been generated.
