I have finished the compilation of the requirements and scanning of my biometrics last December 15, 2021 in AYALA MALL, SOUTHPARK MUNTINLUPA. The officer advised me to wait for my ID to be delivered on my residence but it has been 5 months since my application and I have yet received. I would like to know what is the reason for such delay. For information about the application of the National ID, the name of the applicant and the transaction number is included below.

Despite the pandemic, we are doing our best to continue card production and delivery to accommodate the millions of Filipinos who have successfully registered for Step 1 and Step 2. 

We humbly ask for your patience and support as we currently prioritize the distribution of PhilIDs to low-income families we registered in 2020 and earlier this year. 

Meanwhile, please stay tuned for the launch of the PhilSys mobile app, an alternate and digital version of the PhilID which can be used ahead of the physical card.
