Hello, I cannot seem to find the charter or description of the different divisions of the Philippine Identification System Registry Office, which is under the Philippine Statistics Office(attached agency of the National Economic and Development Authority). May I specifically request for the function and description of the Fraud Management and Client Management Service of the Philippine Identification System Registry Office. This is for legal research purposes. Thank you.
