Good day.

I am Renz Edwin Austria, a college student at Cavite State University, currently doing my undergraduate thesis about a web browser extension that caters the mute individuals in the Philippines. I would like to request information regarding the following:

- Total percentage of the mute community in the PH that have no hearing impairment. 
- Total percentage of the mute community in the Philippines that have a hearing impairment.
