Good afternoon, 
       I would like to know since all the on line appiontment are for certified copies for delivery. There is no list an appiontment filing for update or filing of amendment. And in my case I m filing for my two children amendment of surname due to subsequent marriage. Can I walk in to file.thank you

For submission of documents for processing of endorsement, annotation (e.g. Legitimization, R.A 9048/ R.A. 10172, Supplemental, Court documents), you may opt to:

•	Submit the documents via courier (LBC/JRS/2GO) addressed to Marizza B. Grande at 8th Flr CRS Building PSA Complex, East Avenue, Quezon City, Contact no.09619763703 Kindly please keep the tracking no. given by the courier to be used for tracing the documents.

•	Book an appointment for PSA Central Outlet in East Avenue please proceed to appointment.psa.gov.ph

Please be advised that Metro Manila Outlets DOES NOT accept walk-in clients and only clients with prior appointment can be accommodated. To secure an appointment, please proceed to appointment.psa.gov.ph.

Also, kindly ensure to secure your own copies of the documents before transmitting the original documents.
