Hi, I would like to request of retrieval of my National ID, I lost it when im on my way home, together with my wallet.

I badly needed a new National ID for working purposes.

Please note that you need to only register ONCE in the PhilSys; with the issuance of your PhilID, your PhilSys Number (PSN), which is your permanent unique identification number in the PhilSys registry has already been generated.
