Hi, I would like to request about changing my birthdate in my national id. My current birthdate in my National ID were on October 08, 2005 but my real birthdate was October 08, 2004. Can you please fix this?

We apologize for the inconvenience caused. As of now, we encourage you to keep your PhilID safe and wait for further announcements on the process of updating incorrect information printed in your PhilIDs.  

Please note that you need to only register ONCE in the PhilSys; with the issuance of your PhilID, your PhilSys Number (PSN), which is your permanent unique identification number in the PhilSys registry has already been generated.
