Good day!

I would just like to ask if there is any documentation that states that the household samples in the FIES are different for each year? For example, the household sample in FIES 2012 are different from the FIES 2015.

Greetings!

Thank you for your request dated Dec 28, 2021 05:55:27 PM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.

You asked for Sampling design of the FIES.

We were able to determine that this particular information is already available online and therefore cannot be counted as a valid FOI request. 

Please be informed that both 2012 FIES and 2015 FIES used the 2003 Master Sample of which the documentation can be viewed in the PSA Data Archive at https://psada.psa.gov.ph/index.php/2003-ms-design. 
 
For reference, attached is the documentation for the 2013 Master Sample Design used in recent FIES rounds.
