We regret to inform you that we do not provide electronic copy of civil registry certificates. You may request the birth record through online or our CRS Outlets. 

Our CRS Outlets DO NOT accept walk-in clients and only clients with prior appointment can be accommodated. To secure an appointment, please proceed to appointment.psa.gov.ph.
