I would like to recover my transaction number given to me during my national ID registration. I lost my TRN Slip and cannot remember my TRN number.

You asked for Track my Transaction number on for my National ID.

In reference to your concern requesting for the transaction reference number (TRN) for lost transaction slip, please coordinate directly and provide the following details to our PhilSys Registry Office through email address info@philsys.gov.ph:

1) Name (Surname, Given name, Middle name)
2) Date of Birth (Month/Day/Year)
3) Sex
4) PhilSys Registration Center (RC) where you registered
