I am writing to kindly request your assistance regarding my National ID application, specifically pertaining to my Transaction No. [70000228190294720210710052159] Under my Name: MICHELLE PARADO. 
I registered for the National ID program in 2021 and now is in need of a valid Government ID for my Passport application.

I humbly inquire if it is possible for you to release my Philsys No. (Philippine Identification System Number) in order to facilitate the processing of my temporary ePhil ID. This would greatly contribute to the timely completion of my

We ask for more patience about the delivery of your PhilID. We understand that your PhilID is important to you. 

Rest assured that our efforts are geared towards more efficient card printing and delivery to accommodate the millions of Filipinos who have successfully registered for Step 1 and Step 2. 

To further assist you, kindly send us your Transaction Reference Number or TRN printed on the transaction slip provided to you during your Step 2 registration. You may also track your PhilID using your TRN at https://tracking.phlpost.gov.ph/.

Meanwhile, you may also check if you may claim your ePhilID at https://appt.philsys.gov.ph. The ePhilID has the same functionality and validity as the physical card.
