Hi,

I would like to request your good office for the following information:
1. Total Number of Persons with Disability for 2015
2. Percentage of Amputees in the Philippines
3. Area or location of largest number of amputees
4. Age and gender bracket or range of amputees
5. Cause of amputation (disease, accident, inborn/congenital)

I hope you grant my request for my presentation in the PWD Amputee group for our proposal project

Please be informed that our data on disability is only available on our decennial census of population. Hence, our latest data is based on our CPH 2010:
