Good afternoon! I would like to follow up the status of the petition of my mother. Her registered name is PERLITA VENTARA, it should be PERLITA VENTURA. We came to local civil registry of Alcala, Cagayan on may 10,2023 to file the said petition. The petition was forwarded to central office on may 22,2023. 

Below are the other details of my mother. 

Name: PERLITA VENTARA to PERLITA VENTURA
Date of birth: January 6, 1958
Place of birth: Alcala, Cagayan
Fathers name: Seminiano Ventura
Mothers name: Loreta Oliver Ventura
