Hi, I have an employee who was raised in Cataingan, Masbate. He is currently here in Manila. His birth certificate was destroyed in a fire in Cataingan and he wants to apply for a driver’s license but he cannot do that without a birth certificate. I’ve tried contacting Masbate City hall but they told me to go to the municipal registry but I cannot find a contact number there. What should we do so he can get his birth certificate?
