Hello. I would like to request information regarding the following:
1. Number of female workers in NCR who filed a maternity leave from 8/18/20 to 8/18/21
2. Number of female workers in Manila City who filed a maternity leave from 8/18/20 to 8/18/21
3. Number of female workers in Rizal Province who filed a maternity leave from 8/18/20 to 8/18/21
4. Number of female workers in Taytay, Rizal who filed a maternity leave from 8/18/20 to 8/18/21
4. Number of female workers in Cainta, Rizal who filed a maternity leave from 8/18/20 to 8/18/21
