I'm enrolled in Far Eastern University Nicanor Reyes Medical Foundation, Bachelor of Science in Nursing program. Teenage/Adolescent Pregnancy is the focus of our current undergraduate thesis and we will need these evidences to back up our research. Considering this, I would want to respectfully request your office to assist me in obtaining the information I require. In particular:

• Monthly incidences of teenage pregnancy in Quezon City, broken down by barangay and age, from January 2019 to August 2023, in raw data.
• Demographic profile from January 2019 to August 2023.
