I would like to ask if it is possible to get a copy of my Philsys Tracking number as my transaction slip got lost and we would like to keep track on the progress of my national ID.

Thank you for your request dated Jan 20, 2024 11:53:44 AM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.

In reference to your concern requesting for the transaction reference number (TRN) for lost transaction slip, please coordinate directly and provide the following details to our PhilSys Registry Office through email address info@philsys.gov.ph:

1) Name (Surname, Given name, Middle name)
2) Date of Birth (Month/Day/Year)
3) Sex
4) PhilSys Registration Center (RC) where you registered
