Good day! I would like to request the following data and statistics in the following:

1. Cancer Statistics in the province of pangasinan
2. Morbidity and mortality leading causes in pangasinan
3. Statistics of patients that are in advanced chronic conditions in pangasinan

The above-mentioned request will be used only in my thesis study. Thank you!
