Good day! I would like to request for scheduling  for delivery of my national ID, I applied on May I have already completed all the required steps. I dont have the transaction number but i have the PCN:4985-2067-9041-5371 and my name is Yahod mangulamas sinsuat
My friend and cousin have applied on the same day and they already got their national ID except me. Therefore, I am humbly requesting for the delivery of my national ID. I do really appreciate you reading this message and am hoping for your kind consideration. Thank you!

Rest assured that our efforts are geared towards more efficient card printing and delivery to accommodate the millions of Filipinos who have successfully registered for Step 1 and Step 2. 

To further assist you, kindly send your Transaction Reference Number or TRN printed on the transaction slip provided to you during your Step 2 registration to our PhilSys Registry Office through email address info@philsys.gov.ph. You may also track your PhilID using your TRN at https://tracking.phlpost.gov.ph/.

Meanwhile, you may also check if you may claim your ePhilID at https://appt.philsys.gov.ph. The ePhilID has the same functionality and validity as the physical card.
