Hi Philippine Statistics Authority,

I would like to request if your office has any records regarding the family of Florentino Alvarez, a native of Dimas Alang, Masbate. He was born on October 14, 1877, to the family of Juan Alvarez and Dominga Avila.

Specific to my request are:
1. Any record of his marriage and children
2. Any record about his parents, Juan Alvarez and Dominga Avila.
3. Record of his death.
