Good day!

I am Matthew Jucom, a fourth-year journalism student from the University of Santo Tomas. 

Currently, we are doing a news story and research for our course. I would like to request for the following data in a spreadsheet format:

1. Total number of cases of Filipinos with diabetes
2. Total number of deaths related to diabetes
3. Total number of Filipinos who are obese 
4. Does DOH have specific programs for diabetes and obesity? If yes, how many are beneficiaries and who are the beneficiaries
