Greetings!
I would like to inquire regarding with my national ID application. I have applied last year, July 2021, however, until now, there was no update regarding with the status of my application. My name is Brillian Delicano Sargento, I am currently a student. I would like to have a valid ID for my transaction. I hope you can help me with this. Thank you very much.

Thank you for your request dated Sep 07, 2022 09:49:40 AM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.

You asked for Update for my National ID application.

Your FOI request is approved. 

Despite the pandemic, we are doing our best to continue card production and delivery to accommodate the millions of Filipinos who have successfully registered for Step 1 and Step 2. 

We humbly ask for your patience and support as we currently prioritize the distribution of PhilIDs to low-income families we registered in 2020 and earlier this year. 

Meanwhile, please stay tuned for the launch of the PhilSys mobile app, an alternate and digital version of the PhilID which can be used ahead of the physical card.
