Magandang araw po sa inyo,

Ako po pala si MA. Rosalie senecca Cañete 28 na taong gulang,nakatira sa zamboanga city. Ako ay Ina euhan briel canete ,6 taong gulang, nakatira sa zamboanga city. Ang akin pong anak ay may butas sa puso at kinakailangan po itong maipaopera para magsara. "Congenital Heart Disease, VSD  po ang diagnosis sa kanya ni DRA.LOTTIE ANDALES UYY dito SA ZAMBOANGA CITY Kaya inirefer niya kami sa National Childrens Hospital para doon ooperahan.

Ako po ay isang may bahay lamang,isang ina na ang gusto ay ang maisaayos ang kalagayan  ng aking mga anak. Kaya kahit gugustuhi
