1) Compliance rate to the Labor Code policies of Philippine companies; 
(a) minimum wage 
(b) meal period 
(c) night shift differential pay
(d) overtime pay 
(e) undertime work 
(f) leaves (service incentive, maternity, paternity, solo parent, leave for VAWC, special leave for women)
