Hi, I would like to ask if I can get a replacement for my lost National ID Card. I lost my wallet together with my ID's. I need it badly I don't have any ID's to use for official use. Thank you!

Please note that you need to only register ONCE in the PhilSys; with the issuance of your PhilID, your PhilSys Number (PSN), which is your permanent unique identification number in the PhilSys registry has already been generated.
