Good day! We our researchers from University of The East-Manila. We would like to request a list of MSMEs established in Sampaloc, Manila for our quantitative research about Effectiveness of Tax and Fiscal Policy in Dealing with Post-Pandemic Recovery of MSMEs in Sampaloc, Manila.

Thank you for your request dated Sep 28, 2022 06:52:58 PM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.

You asked for 2020 and 2021 list of msme's in Sampaloc Manila.

Please be informed that PSA does not release establishment-level information as we are bound by the confidentiality provision (Section 26) of Republic Act 10625 which states that: "Individual data furnished by the respondent to statistical inquiries, surveys and censuses of the PSA shall be considered privileged information and as such shall be inadmissible as evidence in any proceeding."

"The PSA may release aggregated information from statistical inquiries, surveys and censuses in the form of summaries or statistical tables in which no reference to an individual, corporation, association, partnership, institution or business enterprise shall appear.”
