Hello, I would like to follow up a request for PSA Philippine Identification System. I email them (info@philsys.gov.ph) using my email as archellelumayag02@gmail.com 2 times and messaged their Facebook page as Archelle Lumayag 2 times. I already told them that I asked help from Freedom of Information 8 days ago, but they are not responding. I really need to process a passport this month. Please help.
