I would like to request all of the data regarding High-Risk Fertility Behavior from the National Demographics and Health Survey (NDHS) last 2017. Thank you!

Dear Ma Camille Rualo,

Greetings!

Thank you for your request dated Nov 22, 2022 10:00:46 PM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.

You asked for 2017 NDHS data.

We were able to determine that this particular information is already available online and therefore cannot be counted as a valid FOI request. 

In reference to your data request, you may access our NDHS data through the links below:
http://psa.gov.ph/content/national-demographic-and-health-survey-ndhs

Should you need the datasets, you may email us through our Information Center - info@psa.gov.ph:

1) Letter of Request addressed to our Head of Agency with an affixed your signature indicating the specific data of puf, its reference period, and the purpose of using the microdata
2) Accomplished Data Product Agreement Form (https://tinyurl.com/DPAFresearch)

Once these documents are received, we will submit these for approval and verify the availability of the pufs. We will process and provide you the data sets as soon as possible.
