Dear Sir/Madam

I am Kenneth Louisse Martin, Master of Science in Public Health student and I would like to get a copy of the FIES survy dataset from 2010-2019 for my thesis on Spatial Variations in the Out of Pocket Health expenditure for my Master’s thesis. 

It will be helpful to have the city/municipality/province of the respondent since this is needed in the analysis. No need for the actual address and no need for PII.

You asked for Survey Dataset on FIES, Including Geographical Information of Respondents.

Your FOI request is approved. 

Please be informed that our puf of FIES is limited to regional estimates only.

Should you still be interested to acquire the datasets, you may send the following requirements to info@psa.gov.ph:
1) Letter of Request addressed to our Head of Agency with an affixed signature of the Research/Thesis Adviser indicating the specific data of puf, its reference period, and the purpose of using the microdata
2) Accomplished Data Product Agreement Form (https://tinyurl.com/DPAFstudent)

Once these documents are received, we will submit these for approval and provide you the data sets as soon as possible.
