Hi! Good day! I want to track my National ID because it can't be found on the tracking site of the PSA, We were told that it was supposed to be delivered last January but we still have not received any IDs or even updates. Thank you. Have a good day!

Despite the pandemic, we are doing our best to continue card production and delivery to accommodate the millions of Filipinos who have successfully registered for Step 1 and Step 2. 

We humbly ask for your patience and support as we currently prioritize the distribution of PhilIDs to low-income families we registered in 2020 and earlier this year. 

Meanwhile, please stay tuned for the launch of the PhilSys mobile app, an alternate and digital version of the PhilID which can be used ahead of the physical card.
