I am writing to seek your kind assistance regarding my ePhilID application, as I have not yet received my national ID despite applying for it two years ago. I would greatly appreciate your help I forgot also my TRN that’s why I can’t track my national ID.

Rest assured that our efforts are geared towards more efficient card printing and delivery to accommodate the millions of Filipinos who have successfully registered for Step 1 and Step 2. 

To further assist you, kindly send us your Transaction Reference Number or TRN printed on the transaction slip provided to you during your Step 2 registration. You may also track your PhilID using your TRN at https://tracking.phlpost.gov.ph/.

Meanwhile, you may also check if you may claim your ePhilID at https://appt.philsys.gov.ph. The ePhilID has the same functionality and validity as the physical card.
