Dear Ellarie Alfonso,

Greetings!

Thank you for your request dated Nov 10, 2023 11:13:25 AM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.

You asked for National ID.

Your FOI request is approved.

We would like to inform you that the address for delivery of the PhilID cannot be updated; the Post Office will attempt to deliver your PhilID to the address you provided during your Step 2 registration. You may authorize an individual from your previous address to receive your PhilID, or you may claim your PhilID at the Post Office. Please provide an authorization letter and a copy of your ID to your authorized representative.

You may also track your PhilID using your TRN at https://tracking.phlpost.gov.ph/.

Furthermore, at this moment, the process to change the information provided on your Step 2 registration is not yet available. Please stay tuned to our official Facebook page https://facebook.com/PSAPhilSysOfficial or our website at http://philsys.gov.ph for the PhilID updating and renewal process. We encourage you to keep your PhilID and avoid sharing it on social media or with other people to protect your personal information.

Please note that you need to only register ONCE in the PhilSys; with the issuance of your PhilID, your PhilSys Number (PSN), which is your permanent unique identification number in the PhilSys registry has already been generated.

For other concerns, you may reach PhilSys Registry Office thru email at info@philsys.gov.ph, Hotline 1388, and https://facebook.com/PSAPhilSysOfficial.

We would love to hear your Feedback so we can improve our services. Kindly fill out the PSA Customer feedback form from this link: https://tinyurl.com/OnlineCSSForm.

Thank you.

Respectfully,
