May we kindly request for a breakdown/disaggregated data for the national health expenditure for solely for Mental & behavioural disorders, with the following: 

a) private (out of pocket / private insurance), government (public) expenditure, or others

b) expenditure vs mental and behavioral disorders budget (national)
