Hi! I would like to know the status of my philID card with transaction #10682212250225320211029234344
 It was stated on the response from my previous request that you do prioritize low income earners, then i am one and now it's been roughly 3 yrs. Up until today i never recieve even the authenticated copy of it. 
Please! I badly needed to for job hunting.

Rest assured that our efforts are geared towards more efficient card printing and delivery to accommodate the millions of Filipinos who have successfully registered for Step 1 and Step 2. 

To further assist you, kindly send us your Transaction Reference Number or TRN printed on the transaction slip provided to you during your Step 2 registration. You may also track your PhilID using your TRN at https://tracking.phlpost.gov.ph/.

Meanwhile, you may also check if you may claim your ePhilID at https://appt.philsys.gov.ph. The ePhilID has the same functionality and validity as the physical card.
