Hi I would like to correct my National ID information. The Date of Birth shown on my Phil ID is July 25, 1974 but my date of birth per my PSA birth certificate is July 24, 1974.

Please note that you need to only register ONCE in the PhilSys; with the issuance of your PhilID, your PhilSys Number (PSN), which is your permanent unique identification number in the PhilSys registry has already been generated.
