Good day! I would like to request my transaction reference number (TRN) of my PhilSys ID because I would like to get an ePhilID. I lost my transaction slip and physical ID (my ID was not cleared and the ID was damaged)

You asked for Lost Philsys ID and I want to get a ephilID.

Kindly wait for the announcement in our official channels for the process of replacement of lost/stolen PhilIDs.

Please note that you need to only register ONCE in the PhilSys; with the issuance of your PhilID, your PhilSys Number (PSN), which is your permanent unique identification number in the PhilSys registry has already been generated.
