Hi, I would like to request for the Birth and Death Certificate information of the below person as I have little information to request in PSA.

ERNESTO VILLANUEVA BARRUELA
- birthdate is not known but around 1931-1934
- born in Binangig, Capiz
- parents are Bartolome Barruela and Aurelia Villanueva
- died around 1961
- his daughters (my mother and aunt) do not know much details

We regret to inform you that we do not have such process. For your concern, you may try to coordinate with the Local Civil Registry Office where the birth records were registered if they allow manual verification.

Or you may try to request the documents to our office through online or our PSA CRS Outlets.

Please be advised that our CRS Outlets DO NOT accept walk-in clients and only clients with prior appointment can be accommodated. To secure an appointment, please proceed to appointment.psa.gov.ph.
