Good day!

I would like to request a document about the guidelines for the implementation of RA 11261, specifically those pertaining to transactions with the Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA). I am requesting this document because I have read some incidents online where the original copy of the Barangay Certification was not returned to the applicant.
