I would like to request from your good office the literacy rates covering 2010 to 2021. 

1) National Literacy Rate
    (Kindly indicate the gender and age)

2) Metro Manila Literacy Rate

3) Literacy Rate of each Region in the Philippines

You asked for The literacy rate of the Philippines.

We were able to determine that this particular information is already available online and therefore cannot be counted as a valid FOI request. 

For our data on literacy, you may check our available data as follows:

a) Functional Literacy, Education and Mass Media Survey- 1994, 2003, 2008 and 2013
