Hello po , gusto ko po sanang malaman if pano pong gagawin ko .
 last 2022 po kasi nag work ako bilang kasambahay sa Quezon city , pina registered po ako ng mga amo ko para makakuha ng National Id , pero hindi pa po dumadating hanggang sa umalis po ako sa work ko at umuwi ng Isabela . Pinaiwan po ng amo ko ang aking SLIP at sinabihan na ipapadala nalang sa akin pag nadeliver na ang id . lumipas po ang taon at wala pa daw pong nahahatid na ID sa dati kong amo , at nawala daw po ang SLIP ko . makakakuha pa po ba ako ng National id ? pwede pa po ba akong magpa registered ulit dito sa Isabela ?

Thank you for your request dated Dec 08, 2023 03:16:14 PM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.

You asked for PHILIPPINE NATIONAL ID.

Your FOI request is approved. 

In case you lost your transaction slip, you may present any valid ID on the day of your PhilID delivery.

We would also like to inform you that the address for delivery of the PhilID cannot be updated; the Post Office will attempt to deliver your PhilID to the address you provided during your Step 2 registration. You may authorize an individual from your previous address to receive your PhilID, or you may claim your PhilID at the Post Office. Please provide an authorization letter and a copy of your ID to your authorized representative.

You may also track your PhilID using your TRN at https://tracking.phlpost.gov.ph/.
