Hello! 
I am confused on the previous message, I requested for a Philsys TRN due to mine lost 2 years ago and I have no way to track my National ID
I would like to request for one, if you already send one, is it the PSA-396848502998 my TRN or no? I tried to use this and there's nothing

It's been 2 years.
