I'm Dr Abbi Llamido. I'm writing from the Office of Health Laboratories under the DOH. I have retrieved an excel file from psa.gov.ph titled Death Statistical Tables (as attached) and we would like to get the same information in sheets T8, T13 and T16 but with regional breakdown instead. 

We urgently need the information above and we hope to receive the data set as soon as possible. You can forward the file/s to akbllamido@doh.gov.ph or ohl@doh.gov.ph.
