I, Gabriel S. Jalocon, am writing to request access to the digital copy of my national identification card. Unfortunately, I have misplaced access to this important document due to the loss of my mobile device. The transaction reference number needed to access my ID were stored on my lost device, and as such, I am unable to retrieve the necessary information without assistance.

I kindly request that the necessary steps be taken to provide me with access to the digital copy of my national ID, as it serves as a crucial means of identification in various settings.
