To whom it may concern, 
I am Ms. Ladiero the representative of this research study from the Cavite School  Mark in Bacoor, Cavite.  As for the information of our research that we are currently conducting, it regards the prediction of floods in Bacoor with the use of Machine Learning. With that, we would like to request a copy, with your permission, of the dataset of flooding history in Bacoor, Cavite for the last 10 years, from January 2013 to January 2023 (the locations, time, the levels of the flood, and the reasons of the flood, if possible).
