Hi! I would like to request the information regarding:

1) Numbers of Teenage Pregnancy Cases in City of San Jose Del Monte Bulacan.

2) What barangay has the highest rate of Teenage Pregnancy.

3) What are the factors that causes Teenage Pregnancy on the people of CSJDM Bulacan.  (ex. Family history of teenage pregnancy on the mother, family problems, Usage of illegal substance such as drugs)
