Good Morning,
Someone stolen  my bag and my National ID is inside so its stolen together with my things.Im hoping I can request a new one since I need it for lrocessing my papers to go abroad.I hope you can help to give me a new one.Thank you so much for understanding and considering.God bless and more power.

Please note that you need to only register ONCE in the PhilSys; with the issuance of your PhilID, your PhilSys Number (PSN), which is your permanent unique identification number in the PhilSys registry has already been generated.
