Hi! I would like to correct the blood type on my National ID because my father told me I have blood type A but when I recently got a blood test, I am O+. So, kindly correct my blood type on my National ID to O+ please. Thank you.

Please stay tuned to our official Facebook page  https://facebook.com/PSAPhilSysOfficial or our website at http://philsys.gov.ph for the PhilID updating and renewal process. We encourage you to keep your PhilID and avoid sharing it on social media or with other people to protect your personal information.

Please note that you need to only register ONCE in the PhilSys; with the issuance of your PhilID, your PhilSys Number (PSN), which is your permanent unique identification number in the PhilSys registry has already been generated.
