Hi!, I lost my National ID card around July 2023, due to a pickpocket incident. I would like to request a new National ID card. As a student, it will be a big help for some important transactions, and school works that needs valid ID.

Please note that you need to only register ONCE in the PhilSys; with the issuance of your PhilID, your PhilSys Number (PSN), which is your permanent unique identification number in the PhilSys registry has already been generated.
