Thank you for your request dated Aug 06, 2022 02:05:45 PM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.

You asked for Certificate of no record.

Your FOI request is approved. 

We regret to inform you that we do not process requests of civil registry certificates through this portal. 

But you may request the birth certificate online or through our CRS Outlets, if yielded negative on our database, you will receive a No Record Certificate. 

Our CRS Outlets DO NOT accept walk-in clients and only clients with prior appointment can be accommodated. To secure an appointment, please proceed to appointment.psa.gov.ph.
